Full-scope construction where DNA Development Corporation holds the contract, the schedule and responsibility for closeout.

Interior and exterior renovation of existing buildings, including work performed while the building stays in use.

Build-out of leased space to an approved plan, coordinated with the landlord's requirements and the tenant's move-in date.

Work at and below the finished floor, plus structural modification supported by engineered documents.

Keeping water and air where they belong, and repairing the assemblies that have failed to do so.

Mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection work delivered through qualified licensed trade partners under our coordination.
